I have two other similar hoodies - The North Face Summit Series Futurefleece full zip hoodie, and the Outdoor Research Vigor Plus full zip hoodie. Comparing the three, the North Face hoodie fits me the best, but it is the least sturdy of the three. I wound up with holes in the sleeves after a few months of regular use. The OR Vigor has been bulletproof, but it fits much looser than the NF. The Himali is somewhere in between. It's very warm, and fits well except for the sleeves which are a tiny bit long. The construction is excellent, and I anticipate getting a lot of regular use out of it.

it's difficult to comprehend how something this light can provide so much warmth! this has been truly game changing for me given its weight to warmth ratio. i've used it constantly as a base layer here in the east coast as a construction worker and i cannot compliment you guys enough for the breakthrough. keep up the great work.

This layer is a perfect weight, fits just right and is go to all around jacket. Will use it as main layer in french alps hike this fall. Himali products are amazing!

This fleece provides exceptional warmth to weight ratio. This will be a go to for my layering needs for years to come! Easy to pack when not needed, nice fit and look when wearing. Highly recommended!
