I take sun protection seriously given the amount of time I'm out in the sun as an ultrarunner. I literally wear this on every single run in the spring, summer, and fall. If all of mine are dirty, I will delay a run to wait until its clean. I am picky about how my clothes fit and feel and hate when clothes stick to me and feel clingy, and this doesn't do this at all. I did also size up to ensure a more flowy and baggy fit. 5'4" 120lb for reference.
Our staff use this sunshirt throughout the year, starting in spring in the desert, to the alpine in the fall, to the backcountry in the winter, and all give rave reviews. It's an awesome, well-made, versatile piece of gear and we're grateful to have it with us on all kinds of adventures; it has also held up to constant use in a way other brands haven't. Well done, Himali! I would say it runs true to size and the colors are great.
Fantastic color selection, lightweight and sun proof. I wear my sun hoody for every big adventure. Great for long days on multi pitch routes or from reflection on the snow while ski mountaineering.

Measurement Guide:
1. SLEEVE: With the elbow slightly bent, measure from the center of the neck (vertebrae), Over the shoulder, along the outside of the arm, and down to the wrist bone
2. CHEST: Measure beneath the arms at the fullest circumference of the chest
3. WAIST: Measure around the narrowest part of the waist.
4. HIP: Measure around the widest part of the hip.
5. INSEAM: Measure the inside of your leg from the highest point down to the ankle or desired pant length.
Tips:
Find a soft tape measure and a helper.
If your sizes line up in two distinct different size categories for chest, waist, or sleeve, choose the larger size.
If your sizing is between two categories, size down for a slim fit and size up for a looser fit.
