Himaliyaa!

Very happy with it. Performance is top notch. Tried it on a long walk, and slept with it afterwards (8 hrs). Not a single discomfort with it. Fabric is excellent. First time ever I enjoyed using the hoodie with this shirt. Definitely recommend it.

Very Pleased with the Hoodie

I’ve been wearing the hoodie for a couple weeks now and thus far I’ve been very pleased overall. First off, the garment seems very well made and fits me very well. It’s not too fitted and it’s not too baggy (I’m 6’, 200#, 46” chest). Good job on the hood, too: well designed, well fitting (not too big/small), doesn’t blow off, covers well, and allows airflow. Thumbholes are well-placed and sleeve length is spot on. Compared to my Arc’teryx Cormac hoodies (3-4 years old) the fabric breathes much better, is softer to the hand, doesn’t feel as clammy when wet, and dries quickly. The fabric very light and airy which makes it a bit more delicate than the Cormacs, but you sacrifice some durability for comfort, and a few snags never are an issue. I’ve worn this in 85°F at lower elevations, 12,000’ elevations at 70°+/-, in scree, rock, trees, scrub brush, etc. and the shirt has performed admirably. Doubtless I’ll order a couple more when they become available.

My new favorite sun hoodie

I am an avid hiker and I use sun hoodies regularly. The Himali Eclipse Sun Hoodie is now one of my favorite pieces of gear. Ever since I got mine, I have been neglecting my other sun hoodies. The Eclipse is comfortable, breathable and quick-drying. I am definitely going to buy more of these sun hoodies.

Like whipped butter

Very smooth and light and not too tight. The large runs just a little bigger than most hoodies and for me, there's plenty of room to move and it's not stuck to my stomach. Excellent breathability too!

Measurement Guide:

1. SLEEVE: With the elbow slightly bent, measure from the center of the neck (vertebrae), Over the shoulder, along the outside of the arm, and down to the wrist bone

2. CHEST: Measure beneath the arms at the fullest circumference of the chest

3. WAIST: Measure around the narrowest part of the waist.

4. HIP: Measure around the widest part of the hip.

5. INSEAM: Measure the inside of your leg from the highest point down to the ankle or desired pant length.

Tips:

Find a soft tape measure and a helper.

If your sizes line up in two distinct different size categories for chest, waist, or sleeve, choose the larger size.

If your sizing is between two categories, size down for a slim fit and size up for a looser fit.
