Graphic Designer

Schedule: This is a project based position - we are estimating that this position will be 10 - 40 hrs a week depending on workload and candidate availability. 

Location(s): in person Boulder, CO (or) Seattle, WA

Compensation: $20-29hr starting DOE + HIMALI Store Credit + Industry ProDeals, opertunity for company ownership

1) We are looking for a dynamic and well-rounded individual - broad skill sets are encouraged to apply.

2) Proficient in Graphic Design using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other commonly used graphic design tools. 

3) Our preferred candidate will have a proactive and “jump in, get feet wet” attitude while being able to follow directions on creative projects. Flexibility and a positive attitude are a must. 

4)The ideal candidate must be a good communicator that is able to give and take positive feedback.

5) Well organized.


This role will be incredibly diverse within a startup atmosphere. Your responsibilities will range!

You will have your hands in many different types of projects and be responsible for delivering results on-time in a dynamic environment. 

Examples of projects: design graphic images and animations for email, website, newsletter, print catalog, social media, retails signage, and other physical + digital assets

Able to take design projects from conception to delivery.

Reviews work for accuracy and quality & produce creative, high-impact designs.

Maintains brand consistency throughout all marketing projects.

Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools, and disseminate this information.
